The piano is always located at the back of the scenario, the cello and the violin should be located at the same level in the front of th stage, the violin on the left and the cello in the right.
Palatino violins are strictly 'entry-level' low cost and suitable for beginner's.
This really depends on what level of violin playing you're currently at. Fohnwind makes quality beginner violins, but other brands make better advanced violins. Their Fohnwind Model 12 is their beginner violin that many students use to learn to play at the very beginner. After the student plays for two years, the student may want to upgrade to a violin with a deeper tonality or try out an entirely new instrument. I'd recommend you to hear the Fohnwind violins being played on MozartViolins.com
Resonance does not affect a violin. Resonance is the violins ability to vibrate with the tone that is played. With a high resonance, a violins sound will be heard long after the note is played. With a low level of resonance, a violin will sound dull and immature. Resonance affects the tone quality of a violin, but the violin has a direct relationship to its resonance. Yes you most likely do...I learned the vibrato around level 2 and the music sounds so much better with it.
Notes are crucial in violin playing for reaching a high level of musical skill. They help with accuracy, intonation, and expression, allowing the player to convey emotions and connect with the audience effectively.

There are basically 3 levels of Ultimate Frisbee. There's high school level, collegiate level, and club level. Collegiate and Club are the one's that are actually legitimate (kind of like college sports and professional sports). College season takes place during the spring semester, with the playoffs running through the end of May, while club starts about halfway through the summer, with playoffs running through to the end of October. High school level takes place in the spring like college does. Keep in mind that Ultimate is year-round (kind of like baseball how there's spring and fallball), but these are the "official" seasons.
