Poor ratings and limited broadcasting range. It is one of the lowest rated stations on the shore. They need to develop a new format. Broadcasting conservative talk radio in a predominately liberal state is a recipe for failure.
Don Imus should be back on Tulsa radio by mid-July 2009. KRVT-AM 1270 will air his show 5 to 9 with major local cut-aways, while KZLI-AM 1570 will carry the show in its entirety from sign-on (sunrise) to 9.

Although no one knows for sure as of yet, it is highly likely that we will see the likes of Don Imus again. I believe he will make the switch to satellite radio at some point in the near future.
