The Beatles final concert was on the rooftop of Apple Studios on 30th January, 1969. The entire concert was filmed for the 'Let It Be' movie and recorded for the album. Some songs were performed several times for the sake of the film.
The set list was:
The last single the Beatles released in the UK before their break-up was 'Let It Be'. Since then several singles have been released in the UK and US. The most recent were the two singles recorded by Paul, George and Ringo using John's voice and piano - 'Free As A Bird' and 'Real Love'.
I think it was George's "I Me Mine" on Let It Be. That was the last song written while they were still officiallly a group. The last song written by a Beatle that was released by The Beatles was I think John's "Free As a Bird", written in the late 70s and recorded and released by the (then) three remaining Beatles for the Anthology in the mid 90s.
On August 19 Tuesday 1969, they recorded "Here Comes the Sun" (SI onto take 15) between 2pm and 4pm. This was just a few takes and dubs, so you might consider Monday 18th recording of "The End" to be the right answer as well. Wednesday 20th of August 1969 was the last day the four Beatles were together in the studio, they did stereo mixes for Abbey Road.
It slightly depends what you mean as the then surviving Beatles added backing to two John Lennon demo tracks; the last they worked on was Real Love.
The last song they worked on when all four Beatles were alive was I Me Mine. Although, Lennon was absent after being injured in a car accident. Harrison, McCartney and Starr all worked separately on some overdubs for the Let It Be Album after I Me Mine was completed.
The last song they all worked on was "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" from Abbey Road.
Well, I played Come Together a few hours ago, so I guess that's the answer, unless someone's played another Beatles song since. I have no evidence of this though.
Candlestick Park in San Francisco (it was also the last official concert they ever played). I think it was 1967

It wasn't a baseball field that The Beatles had their last concert, it was on top of the Apple Corps building in 1969. But their penultimate performance was at a baseball park, Shea Stadium, Where John Lennon was misquoted saying that The Beatles were bigger than Jesus
