He was The Beatles' "spiritual advisor" in the late sixties... but it didn't last long, and they denounced him to the media. (McCartney and Harrison both later changed their opinions, and praised his works.)

Yogis do not achieve levitation during their practice. Levitation is not a real phenomenon and is often portrayed inaccurately in media and popular culture.
Ayurvedic yogis are encouraged to drink their own urine between 4 and 6 a.m. in the morning in the belief that the hormones ingested will facilitate a meditative state.
During meditation or astral projection, yogis may leave their physical body by entering a deep state of relaxation and focus. This allows them to detach their consciousness from their physical form and explore other realms or dimensions. Through practice and mastery of their mind and energy, yogis can achieve this state of consciousness and experience leaving their body.
