According to the Piano History Centre, the first piano was invented by Bartolomeo Cristofori in Florence, Italy around 1707. He called it "gravicembalo col piano e forte". By 1698, he had made a somewhat similar instrument called Arpicembalo.
I think this is not that easily answerable, songs existed before the piano as we know it today, and the piano itself evolved from the monochord, the 'keyed monochord' (or, the 'clavichord') seems to be the first musical instrument that has the same black/white keys as a piano, would the first song on that qualify as your answer? If so, I dont' think it's recorded in books who or which song was 'made' first.

The first reliable mention of the earliest piano (or fortepiano, or arpicembalo as the inventor preferred to call it) was in 1700, in an inventory of the Medici. The piano was invented by Bartolomeo Cristofori. The piano he invented, while it did have the essential escapement action that makes a keyboard a true 'piano', was not like a modern 9 foot Steinway. Without close inspection you could easily mistake it for a harpsichord. There were no pedals as we now know them; they were later developments. the distinguishing features of the piano were the ability to produce sounds of various loudness based on the force with which keys were depressed, and the absence of carved 'rose' patterns in the soundboards. These roses are typical of period harpsichords and many harpsichords being built today.
So Cristofori did not create a brand new instrument upon which no existing music could be played. There was already a huge repertoire of keyboard music that could be played on it. We know that Bach owned at least one piano, at least for a time. It is unclear what music might have been written for piano in the very earliest years of its existence.
The earliest known piece to be written specifically for the fortepiano is the Sonate da cimbalo di piano (1732) by Lodovico Giustini. That is about 32 years after the introduction of the piano, and it would be reasonable to assume that at least some music had been written for it prior to that time. Perhaps earlier pieces will be found in some attics or archives that were either unpublished or that have been long forgotten.
hey..the 1st piano was made by Bartolomeo Cristofori. He got his idea from a harp.
i hope i helped u answer your question =]
