1999
2004 to 2005 is the year and it's made in Mexico
I searched online on fender for like an hour but I could not find it. Sorry :(
2002 , it was made in America as well , you can find out dates of Fender guitars on the fender support page by googling it.
The Fender Telecaster with the serial number E 807955 was produced in the year 1984. The "E" prefix indicates that it was made in the early 1980s, specifically in the period from 1983 to 1984. For a more precise dating, additional details such as the features and components of the guitar would be necessary.
I believe this number indicates that the guitar is an American deluxe manufactured in 2000

The first letter is probably a 'V' and not a 'U' Which would make it a 2003 or 2004 Vintage Series Telecaster

I can't tell you what the exact model is, but it was made in 1994.see http://www.fender.com/support/usa_instruments.php
The Z represents an American made instrument. The 9 after the Z represents 2009. For example a Z3------ would be an American made Fender produced in 2003.
