Well for one, Is it an acoustic/elec. model? what is the overall condition? If it is in very good cond. overall with ohsc $450/650
It depends on the condition. $500 in 2020, is what I just paid for one in Excellent condition. I've seen them listed on various sites from $300-$650.
There are like none. Go to www.musiciansfriend.com Yes there are ! Look at the Xavaire Guitars at guitarfetish .com Almost all of them are under $200.00. I have the Surf green "Strat" and it is beautiful and plays great . ( I did have a professional "set up" performed on it for $60.00 which is recommended for ANY new guitar. Keep on rockin in the free world...........
Under $300, (thats what they sold for new in the early '80's) the problem is the "made in japan" stigma I entirely disagree - 'Made in Japan' is a sign that vintage guitars were made by the best Luthiers in the world at the time. I just saw a PR-650 at $700 - an Epiphone Texan of 60's-70's goes for $5000. Keep digging.
2000?
Actually there were not faries in the year 650 but that is an amazing question.
1988-1991's made 98-100hp. 92's up until the last 650 year, made 105. No big increase. Can't really feel it.
Freightliner never made a model called the 650.

about CE 650
Depends where you buy. Lots sell for 799 but include the shipping. Sometimes you can get for 650, such as at guitar center with the coupon they do now and then. Depending where you go your looking at 650 to 799 shipped, which really is a steal for the amplifier.
