i cant answer this question because if you pretend that Avril went to Philippines at the 1st of Jan 2009 then you receive this at the first of august 2009 then in your country you've seen the commercial that Avril has a concert there and you will get confuse.

She did loads of singing when she was young but her first actual concert was 2002 called try to shut me up (well her first tour anyway)

There is no upcoming concert yet, but she is now working on her fourth album so maybe when she is finished she wI'll go on tour.
