There are at least four songs by that name, but the most famous are the one by ELO and the one by the Crows (later covered by Black Sabbath). (Quiet Riot also had one, as did a group called, apparently, "Spooky Tooth.") The Crows/Black Sabbath one has the chorus "Evil woman, don't you play your games with me" while the ELO version chorus is just "Ee-evil woman" repeated several times with instrumental breaks between each repetition.

There have been many quite different songs entitled "Evil Woman." (Wonder why.)

Anyways, the original, worldwide hit was by Electric Light Orchestra, in 1975. It reached #10 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 for 1975/76.

No way ELO can be confused, musically, with Santana by any but the most tone-deaf, but neither a cover nor an original song of that title by Santana is to be found.

However, they did release the high charting "Evil Ways" in 1969. Predictably, it's about a woman.
