Normally two weeks after you get your ticket, the court will send you a paper saying you're eligible for traffic school. The paper will also say when your due date for traffic school is. You don't want to wait for the last minute because this is your record we are talking about. So as long as you do everything on time your will be ok. If that's not the case call your court, and ask for an extension.
