I have known their to be 16 but thats only in bags shipped to rural locations where shops are more difficult to get to (and it is therefore more difficult to replenish the Chedz). Actually, there is no limit to how many mini cheddars (or Chedz as you so put it) are in a pack. However, i do remember reading something relating to the quantity of cheddars in a pack is equal to the life expectancy of the populus. i.e. somewhere like Stoke you would find less than say someone from Birmingham......
