Most people in the US have a cell phone.
I just left 850 Bryant having paid my cell phone ticket. In San Francisco the fine is $142.00 does not matter how many you have.
it is software that you put on a cell phone that lets you spy on other cell phones. First of all and most importantly it is illegal to listen to cell phone or wireless telephone conversation. When cell phone first hit the public back in the mid 80s and early 90s it was easy to snoop in cell phone. Just buy a scanner and tune into cell towers frequency. doing the 90s the fed make it a crime for scanners sold in the US to be capable of receiving cell frequency. At the same time cell phone were becoming digital vs analog, making it more difficult to receive the signal with a scanner. Today it next to imposable to receive cell signal unless you are a gov agent or cell phone manufacture that have the right equipment. So if anybody tell you that you can listen to cell phones with just software is laying and scamming you. Don't buy it. And don't forget you can also spend time in Jail if caught listening.
The simple answer is no. First, Radio waves do absolutely nothing to your health. It is the electromagentic waves that come from the cell phone that "maybee" harmful to your health if you use your cell phone constantly. If you have a lead case around the cell phone it may help but you are better off buying a bluetooth headset which uses even less ectromagentic waves. The real key is to not let your cell phone get so hot, this means that more radiation from your battery and electronic parts are spreading - to your head if it is close to it. At the worst, a hot cell phone can harm human cell tissue, however, there are no known direct cases of any type of cancer from cell phones. The first mobile phone was created in 1945. It was very primitive. For example, it did not allow a user to carry a conversation between cells (because there were no cells). The first modern mobile phone was introduced and demonstrated by Motorola in 1973. In 1983, the FCC approved the Motorola DynaTAC for use in the US.
