It depends on what kind of keyboard. If it's a standard 88-key piano, all of the black keys are the sharps and flats. There are 36 black keys in total. If that doesn't answer your question, each black key is the sharp of the white key directly behind it and that sharp is also the flat of the white key directly in front of it. For example, a G sharp is the same as an A flat. These identical notes are called enharmonics. So technically, there are more sharps and flats in the keyboard than there are black keys because some of them overlap. Also, if there is a white key directly in front of another white key, the second white key is the sharp of the first one and vice versa. For example, B and C are two white keys next to each other on the keyboard. A B sharp is actually a C natural and a C flat is the same as a B natural.
You must understand that not all flats and sharp keys are the black keys on the piano.
A sharp key means a one-step higher note. Meaning you must go half step to the right. For example, E sharp is F. And the sharp key for F is F Sharp (the black key)
A flat key means a one0step lower. Meaning you must take half step to the left. For example, the flat key of C is B and the flat key of B is B flat (the black key).
A flat is the middle black note in the group of three black notes.
The piano has sharps for A, B, C, D, E, F and G.
So, A#=Bb, B#= C, D#=Eb, E#= F, G#= Ab.
They are any note a semitone lower than a note. They dont all have to be black keys, for example, f flat. (Which is e btw)
The black keys alternate sets of two and three. The A flats are the middle key of each group of three.

A hash on a piano is called a sharp. This is where you raise a note by one semitone. Sharps and flats are played on the black keys.
If you are talking about key signatures Bb major has 2bs but Bb minor has 5bs.
on a grand piano there would be 88 keys total, including the white notes flats and sharps.
Eb Major and C Minor scales have 3 flats.
They are used to play sharps and flats.
