This is the opposite of the most common fail mode for the GC. Usually the problem is no heat. However, the switch between heat and AC is controlled by the blend doors and they can break and fall into the wrong place blocking AC. More information is needed. The "blend" doors have broken in the dash. You will need to have the entire dash removed and the blend door replaced. You should also have the recuirculation door replaced because it is prone to breaking too.
