∙ 13y agoThey first wanted to be Hybrid Theory, but due to legal issues with the band Hybrid they had to change their name. Chester Bennington wanted their name o be Lincoln Park, after the park he usually passed by as he went to the studio. However, since they wanted to have a .com domain, they changed the spelling from Lincoln to Linkin.
