You can usually find this information on the Fuse cover or somewhere around.
in the fuse box, open driver side front door, on the side of the dash (facing outward) slip a key in the spot and open the door. Fuse 42 goes to the radio. get the white fuse holder/puller (inside the same panel) pull out the fuse for 10 seconds and slip it back in place *use the white fuse puller so you don't get bit*. and your radio should work fine.

If you have the owners manual, look up the location of the fuse panel. Check the fuse for the radio, it may also be used for the lighter outlet.
