remove battery cables
the tcm is located underneath the drivers side of the dashboard to the left of the steering column should be a small box around the 3-4 inches range mounted on the fire wall with two nuts holding it on located in the engine bay buy the master cylinder remove those two nuts and reach up under dash and wiggle it out slowly to undo the tcm harness if you have a 93 Jeep you most likely have a aw-4 transmission
