Well their last tour date for The Black Parade was at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, Mexico and was also filmed and recorded for their live CD/DVD 'The Black Parade is Dead'. But currently, their last tour date posted is May 9th 2008 in New York at Madison Square Garden. However, that's not their last tour for certain.
They have no current plans to play in Scotland. On the 15th of February they were in Glasgow and they will be in England very soon at the Reading festival, the Leeds festival and Radio 1's Big Weekend.

Their label (Warner) announced on Twitter that the album is due for a fall/autumn release this year. Gerard Way said at Comic Con that possible tour dates will follow.

Last Saturday at the Honda Civic Tour, My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way announced that they wouldn't be back in Chicago for quite a while because they're going to record a new album after this tour. That's all I know.
