My Dad and Mom were Joe and Louise Alec of Old Fort (Needo'ats) B.C. on Beautiful Babine Lake. I became an aboriginal entertainer after my battle with Breast cancer in 2001. After a traumatic experience, some people go sky diving - jump out of airplanes or go bungy jumping.I became an Aboriginal entertainer.
I sing Nadut'een Feast Music and my own Feast Style music to show the world that we have beautiful music from our feast hall, from our traditions, from our culture. I am a singer songwriter and have many songs ready to be recorded. I enjoy entertaining and do it with all my heart. I believe music heals the hurting soul and makes the happy soul rejoice too. The power of my drumming music makes people stop and see who is singing this music!!
