Eric Turner is an American singer/songwriter and teacher living in Sweden. He is currently lead singer of the band 'Street Fighting Man'. He wrote the song 'Written in the Stars' and he featured in it as well as in the music video. He was born in Boston, where his family still lives. He has a younger brother, Nick. He went to Boston College HS and McGill University to study biochem. His mother teaches fashion design at a local high school.
Recently in an interview with tinie he revealed how he met Eric Turner a swedish teacher. tinie happened to be walking past a school when Eric turner came up to him saying "oh your tinie tempah im a big fan" stuff like that and lots of kids were coming up to Eric saying "mr. Turner! mr. Turner!" so tinie thought he was quite popular in Sweden so he took him back to the studio with iSHi and he did some vocals and they came up with a chorus and when it was near the end of the day Eric said "oh i gotta go now i need some sleep im a teacher you see." and tinie at that point realised it all turned out for the best though.
