That kinda depends who you mean.

Their main drummer, the dude with tall hair and tattoos on his forearms, is a guy called Jeremy Gara. He used to be in a metal band, as far as I know.

Régine Chassagne, one of the co-founders, also sometimes drums. She has dark curly hair, and plays many, many, many other instruments too.

However, since you refer to a "crazy" drummer, I suspect you mean either Richard Reed Parry or Will Butler, who both sometimes knock the crap out of a snare drum during some songs.

Richard Reed Parry is tall and thin, has curly red hair and sometimes wears glasses. He also plays double bass and guitair. Will Butler is a slightly darker, stockier dude with a ridiculous disregard for his own safety. He usually plays synths or bass.
