She rose to become a Queen in Kemet, the land that would eventually become Egypt, her king Enkil ruled beside her. She was the first of the vampires and the creation of vampires was brought on by a bloodthirsty spirit. When Akasha was assassinated, the spirit Amel joined with Akasha's soul as it rose from her body, re-entering her body through her wounds and fusing with her heart and brain to create an entirely new creature, and the vampire was born.
Varnae
Varnae is a vampire in the Marvel Comics universe. He was a sorcerer in ancient Atlantis who was a member of the cult of the Darkholders. The other Darkholders used the Darkhold tome to transform Varnae into the Earth's very first vampire. He then turned on them when they tried to use him as a weapon against their enemy, King Kull. Varnae then became the Lord of the Vampires.
Lilith
Lilith is believed by some to be Adam's wife before Eve, she was said to be created the same time as Adam. But she didn't submit to Adam's will and was banished from the Garden of Eden.
