Michael Jackson created the song, "Leave Me Alone", right after there was a scandal with him and a little boy. Michael Jackson wrote this song because he was tired of the press and wanted them to just leave him alone.

People disliked Michael Jackson because off all these nasty stories about he touched boys which he didn't - Also because Michael Jackson had a colour change people started to dislike him and when he had his nose done and it went a little wrong and when stories came out about all these different operations/surgerys he had to change from who he really is!!! But really Michael Jackson was a loving caring man who gave children there childhood before they could of died of a serious condtion such as cancer at such young ages and dedicated his life on stage to all of his fans worldwide!!!

So the press/media can duh leave him alone. They could make up any story they could and they would publish it like that, they would dog him around and always all over his case about something...well at least that's what i think why he wrote it.

The press/media were on Michael's case every day 24/7! Who would want to be examined with every single thing you do and if you make one slip or someone thinks you did something you DIDN'T get your face in the paper with a whole NEW rumor about you! You would feel trapped and I think that "Leave me Alone" was Michael's way of trying to get the message across that he doesn't like it and it isn't right for a living thing to have to go through such hectic things AND they ARE NOT true! That is why I think he wrote that song. The music video explains it more.

He didn't. He tried to have a personal private life outside the spotlight and the more the paparazzi's followed him the more he became reclusive.
