its very rare nowdays that Ringo will sign anything , hes very protective at this point because in good faith in past years he has signed only to see his autograph being resold by greedy dealers. so he will no longer sign anything via mail , and getting him in person is very tough.

He is on tour now in the U.S. (I just saw him a few days ago!) and is still singing, drumming, and being Ringo Starr. He just came out with a new album too, Ringo 2012.

Now he is still touring and making nice music for everyone to enjoy.
