If you have forgotten the username and password from previously, you will have to reactivate for a new one. Your computer will say transfer purchases or erase and sync, when on itunes and syncing your ipod with a new library. But if you remember your email and password you may be able to see your username, your username is your email. -I may be wrong in some ways though
