A lot of car radios have a seek or scan button which you use to find a good station. When you've found a good station, you hit the scan button again, or another button, to stop the scanning. If you can't stop it from scanning, or it scans on its own, then you have a problem with the radio.

As brake pads wear out, it takes more fluid thus more pedal travel to get them to make contact with the brake drums or rotors. It could also be a problem with low brake fluid, self adjusters not working on drum brakes, master cylinder cups worn, and air in the system. Repair it asap - as you have no room to spare.

If you don't know how to do the brakes you really need to get an instruction manual from the parts place. Brakes are a safety item and you shouldn't change them unless you are sure of the procedure itself.

How do you change a rear wheel bearing on a 1995 Lincoln Mark VIII?

Unfortunately it's not a job for a do-it-your-selfer as the bearings are pressed into the hub. However, if you're looking to save some money you can remove the hub itself and take it to a machine shop and have the old bearings pressed out and the new pressed in. Here's a write up on the procedure for the hub removal: http://www.markviii.org/LOD2/rear_hub.htm

Why centerfuge machine is used with break?

You should never run the centrifuge machines with the brakes on. In fact, the brakes are not mandatory in the machines itself. The brakes are used to stop the rotor (though it stops slowly without brakes on) after the spinning or during any error conditions.
