If you installed it yourself..... check to see if you blew any fuses under the dash first. If it's not that your probably grounding out on something. Either the back of the speaker touching metal or a split cable touching metal somewhere. That's the most common problems I've run into anyway, Good Luck.

Not if it's properly installed and adjusted.
If Pandora radio is installed on your computer, it is easy to uninstall. You will need to go to you Start icon, the control panel, and go the folder that is called add or remove programs. From there, you can search through the programs that are installed on you computer, highlight Pandora radio, and click uninstall at the top of the folder.
A loose wire can cause a radio to stop working in a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. A blown fuse is another cause and can be fixed by replacing it.
Non-factory installed radio? Installer might have used that circuit for memory on radio
no
maybe the radio got broken when you put it in or the CD got stuck
"The fuses are good." Well, your odometer certainly isn't.

I am looking at the 1995 Jeep Wrangler manual (I own a 95 Jeep Wrangler Rio Grande), and it is telling me that you use yellow fuse with 20amp for cigarette lighter and radio problems. Goodluck! About to go fix my Jeep radio/cigarette lighter problem right now.
Check that the radio fuse didn't blow and that you are getting power from a 12 volt sourse.
you can call the dealership and give them your VIN number for your car, and they can look up the radio code. AS LONG AS the original radio is still installed. If a newer radio (mercedes radio) has been installed then you will need the serial number off the back of the radio.
