Well, Miley Cyrus is the better person to answer that. People are unique individuals. They are raised by two also unique individuals. This, plus the environment, her peers, her work and other things that normally characterize the life of a teenager is what made Miley Cyrus the way she is. She just needs a bit of growing up and maturation.
