One can get a device tab on iTunes by changing the device settings. Someone can also add shortcut to iTunes on their toolbar of their Mac advice, like a device tab.
Click on the tab that you want deleted. There will be a pencil looking thing next to the tab name. Click on it, then click delete tab. The wall, info, photos, and boxes tab can't be deleted. You can delete photos though.

download itunes onto that PC and upload the photos onto itunes and then you can download the photos onto your iPod.

I made myself a separate folder called "ipod sync", then in iTunes, click on your iPod, click on the Photos tab, and select that folder. Then, to sync, just drag and drop the photos you want on your iPod/iPhone into that folder. The next time you sync your iPod, the photos will be on it.

I have an iPod Nano so the way this works mightg be different. Normally, if you have pictures in My Pictures will automatically be on your iPod when you sync it. If there are pictures on you iPod you don't want on it after you have synced you iPod, connect it to your computer, then select you iPod in the 'Devices' on the left collum, then select the photos tab and you should be able to get only the pictures you want on your iPod, on your iPod, if you have them sorted.
