Whoever posted the first answer was just trying to be funny I think.The young woman was a cancer patient and had lost her hair from radiation treatments. Unfortunately far too many children in this country are dealing with some form of aggressive cancer. I think it was a way for the video producer and Katy to send the message "Don't give up hope because no matter what you are important."
