When used in small amounts I do not think so. I can't see it discoloring clothes at least; since even on the bottles it claims to be used as a stain/grease fighter. I don't think they could market it as such, if it caused fabric discoloration. Though, definitely recommend washing the laundered item separately as it is a form of citrus oil.

"Stain" may not be the right word to use. Ammonia is a pretty strong bleach, and could very well discolor clothing.
Hydrogen peroxide is a fairly reactive molecule that can break apart some dyes, which is why it's sometimes used as a bleach. So yes, it could at least potentially stain or discolor dark clothes.
