When used in small amounts I do not think so. I can't see it discoloring clothes at least; since even on the bottles it claims to be used as a stain/grease fighter. I don't think they could market it as such, if it caused fabric discoloration. Though, definitely recommend washing the laundered item separately as it is a form of citrus oil.
