Well, of course they have the rights and the licensing and all that stuff. That's why businesses, for example, a bakery, cannot use their image. So no, you technically can't use it, and you certainly can't distribute it. But if it's just for you, as long as you don't go bragging about using the image, no one's going to care. As a matter of fact, the guys' managers probably care more about it than they do.

He just whipped it up one day, probably while waiting for his pizza delivery or something. It's like their version of a bat signal, but instead of calling Batman, it just summons a killer guitar riff.
