You have successfully downloaded some songs but don't know how to send them to a play list so you can burn them you know how to burn them once you get them to a play list?

Go to Windows Media Player and go into Library and find where you have saved all your music. When you find all your songs press ctrl A and drag all your songs into the little box on the right and now you have your own play list thank you to all who saw this i hope you have learnt how to do it!

Did you download them from the marketplace? If so, as long as it's downloaded, you should have no problem playing them.

I dont know what you mean by service because the only connectivity the Ipod touch has is WI-FI and that is not required to play downloaded media only to stream media.
