Had the same problem. I printed the document using the manual feed. After printing was done the machine magically returned to the automatic setup. If you have a large number of copies in the print queue I would recommend deleting these first and then print a single page manually. Hope this helps.

Is it electronic shift on the fly 4wd? If this is the case start truck apply the brakes, then while stopped, put the transmission in Neutral (N) take the selector from 4wd low to 4wd high. Put the truck back into Drive (D) then move around etc. If you want to go to 2wd then select 2wd. It the truck is manual shift linkage, you may have to fuss with it to get it to pop out of 4wd low. The shifter rod has to be pushed down then pulled back so it could be stuck.
