The main tool they would use is their voice. Of course, the following items, activities, and services would help too:
Microphone. That helps boost a voice, helps to record the voice, and helps an average singer to be heard throughout a large auditorium.
Musical Instruments. Those are good for practicing one's voice and produces music to be played while the person is singing.
Voice lessons. It always helps to be taught the proper way to sing so as to not strain your voice or the ears of the audience.
Recording equipment. If you are recording your voice, then you'd need access to recording equipment or a studio with such equipment.
An appropriate wardrobe. If you are singing in public, it helps to look your best. If you are singing with a group, it helps you to feel a part of the group if you all dress in a coordinated way. For instance, church choirs wear robes and stoles, and there is a psychological effect in that you feel that you are all equal, and that what you are doing is important. The choir director tends to be dressed in formal wear which suggests that they are the leader. In a band with featured singers, you'd want the lead singer(s) to wear the most elaborate outfits and for the musicians and backup singers to dress in a somewhat similar manner, but not as flashy since the focus is not on them. They are there to support the lead singer(s) and make them seem their best but not to compete with them. They might have a director present, but they are not seen.
I think that would be Dusk Til Dawn.
Don't think it would take long, just try out for singing, and if your good, and are accepted, you'll probably have to practice singing, until they accept you to become a singer and become famous. (The singer does not make the songs, the writer does *wink*)
The term "male singer" does not have a specific monetary value in pounds, shillings, and pence, as it typically refers to a person's profession rather than a currency amount. If you're looking for the cost of hiring a male singer, it would vary widely based on factors such as experience, location, and the type of event. Please clarify if you meant something else!

If a person has the developer tools installed for Internet Explorer and they would like to hide the developer bar, they would just click on IE which would immediately hide the tools. A person would have to install the developer tools in order for the developer bar to show up in Internet Explorer.
There is no correct answer to this question since it is asking for an opinion and each person would give his/her favorite singer. It can not be answered.
A person would normally think in their native language.
