The mix sounds muddy in the audio recording because there are too many overlapping frequencies and sounds that are not well separated, causing a lack of clarity and definition in the overall sound.
A mixer with stereo inputs offers the ability to blend and adjust multiple audio sources simultaneously, providing greater control over the sound mix. This can enhance audio quality by allowing for precise adjustments to levels, panning, and equalization. Additionally, stereo inputs can create a more immersive and dynamic sound experience for both recording and live sound setups.
Voice splitting can be used to separate different voices or sound sources in an audio recording, allowing for better clarity and control over each individual element. This can enhance the overall quality of the recording by reducing background noise, improving the balance between voices, and making it easier to mix and edit the audio.
Mono-summed audio in sound engineering is significant because it combines the left and right audio channels into a single mono signal. This helps ensure that the audio will sound consistent across different playback systems, making it easier to mix and master music and other audio projects.
Achieving optimal audio quality in a recording involves mastering headroom, which means leaving enough space between the loudest parts of the audio and the maximum level to prevent distortion. This can be done by adjusting the input levels, using compression and limiting techniques, and ensuring a balanced mix of all audio elements.
To learn how to record piano effectively, you can start by investing in a good quality microphone and audio interface. Position the microphone close to the piano to capture the sound accurately. Experiment with different microphone placements and settings to find the best sound. Additionally, learn about audio editing software to enhance and mix your recordings. Practice and patience are key to improving your recording skills.

Input trim in sound refers to the adjustment of the input level of an audio signal before it is processed or recorded. It allows users to control the gain of the incoming signal, ensuring optimal levels without distortion or clipping. By setting the input trim correctly, sound engineers can enhance audio clarity and maintain a balanced mix. This control is typically found on mixing consoles, audio interfaces, and recording equipment.

If you mean remove vocals from a mixed recording, it can sometimes be done with a center-channel canceling function. There is no program that can remove or un-mix other instruments in a commercial recording.
Mastering is the process of making your audio mix of professional level and prepare it for distribution. It enhances your sound quality and correct mix balance issues and enhances particular sonic characteristics to make a perfect mix.
What worked for me is, go into volume control icon, then go to options, properties, select the "recording" tab, and select either "stereo mix" or "mono mix". At first i thought when you checked off one of these it muted it so i had this problem for awhile, until i actually read it said "selected". So yeah, select either stereo or mono give your recording a try and it should work.

A live sound engineer creates a mix for a live music or sound event. He/She would mix the different audio sources to create a suitable mix and monitor it to make sure that it sounds good. He/She may also be involved in the setup of mics, speakers, amps, and the mixer itself.A live sound engineer has the responsibility of making sure that all of the audio (sound) at and event or concert is good and equipment is running well. THis person normally would spend all of their time at the main mixer setting and adjusting the sound as needed.
