I calculate about four days. The "slow" solar wind which is the bulk of it, travels at about 400 km/s. The sun is about 149,000,000 km from earth, which works out to about 104 hours.
A coronal mass ejection, a massive burst of solar wind with consequences for radio and satellites, may reach earth 1-5 days after eruption.
It can take anywhere from 17 hours to 3 days for a solar storm to reach Earth after being ejected from the sun. The impact of a solar storm on Earth's magnetosphere can cause disruptions to satellite communications, power grids, and GPS systems.
At the moment - according to the Wikipedia article (see related link) it takes about 16 hours for signals sent from Voyager to reach Earth. At least that's what it says in the section titled 'Current Status'
It takes light around 8 minutes and 19 seconds to reach the earth from the sun.

It could reach from the Earth to the moon... so, approximately 238,000 miles.
About 8-1/3 minutes.
The same as light - approximately 8.3333 minutes.
No, the shadow of the moon is not always long enough to reach the Earth. During a solar eclipse, the moon's shadow on Earth is limited to a specific region where the alignment of the sun, moon, and Earth allows for the shadow to be cast on the Earth's surface.

earth locates in the solar system
The largest star in our Solar System is the Sun. Since the Sun is about 93 million miles away from Earth and the speed of light is about 186,282 miles per second, it would take about 8 minutes for light (or any object traveling at the speed of light) to reach the Sun from Earth.
In our Solar System, we see light from our sun reflected off the planets. In more distant galaxies, light from many millions of stars takes a long time to reach the Earth. It takes light 4 years to reach the Earth from Sirius, a near neighbouring star. Using the Hubble telescope, we can see the light from the Eagle Nebula, which takes 7,000 years to reach the Earth.
It takes about 8 minutes and 20 seconds for sunlight to reach Earth.

225 (Earth) days.
Solar wind is a stream of energetic charged particles emitted from the sun. Their energies are many times stronger than X-rays, the common man-made radiation on earth. The earth surface is mainly protected with the earth's magnetic field. Most harmful particles are trapped or deflected away from the earth when they are approaching the earth's magnetic field. Above the atmosphere where the earth's magnetic field is weak, the satellites or astronauts will be bombarded with lethal particles and can suffer irreversible damage. Integrated circuits (IC's) on a satellite cannot survive solar winds for long. Once a critical IC is fried, the satellite may become inoperable. IC's and humans don't survive without heavy protection out there. Satellites closer to earth will have a lesser chance of being hit, but their brains (IC's) still need protection from prolonged radiation. On the ground, unless the earth's magnetic field has an anomaly, humans and IC's are both quite safe from the effects of solar winds -- no extra protection needed. ===========================
