A faulty thermal fuse will prevent the clothes dryer from turning on altogether. It acts as a safety mechanism that shuts off power to the dryer if it overheats, so if it's faulty, the entire dryer won't function.
run off
One billion watts could power around 700,000 to 1 million homes, depending on their energy consumption. It could also be used to run large industrial facilities, data centers, or electric vehicle charging stations.
I don't know if you are trying to ask if you can run a 240V panel off a GFCI or run a 120 V sub panel off of a GFCI. Can you clarify please,,,Thanks
industrial
On most vehicles the fan or fans will run continuously if the A/C is on. If the A/C is off and it is continuously running check the thermal switch.
Gasoline can combusted and given out thermal energy but I suspect the questing ask about thermal energy plant. Thermal energy plant usually referred to Geothermal power plant or Solarthermal power plant. Geothermal plant run on the thermal energy from earth and Solarthermal run on the solar radiation transformed to heat. If the question ask for the latter then no, thermal energy plant doesn't run on gasoline.
deforestation, waste heat generated from electric power plants and run-off stemming from hot paved surfaces
A good example of a thermal power plant is run that is coal fired.

The fan can run after you shut the engine down because the engine had overheated. If it stops after a few minutes this is what is happening. If it runs continuously, then the thermal relay is stuck, replace it.
usually polyester.. An adhesive is used to cause thermal bonding when the pouches run through the machine..
The earliest industries used heat/thermal energy to run their operations by burning feul or coal to generate the heat energy.
Petrol. There were diesel motors in the 1950s, but they were quite uncommon, and used more for commercial/industrial applications.
It will run continuously if the A/C is on. If it is running all the time with the A/C off, then check the thermal relay as it may be stuck closed.
Run off is where, say you lived on a farm and you have a little steep hill that leads to a pond. If you watered your plants some of the water you used would 'run off' down the hill and into the pond.
