In the mountains you might actually NEED to "breathe better," but only if "better" means more forcefully or effectively. Since there is less oxygen in the air at higher altitudes, your body must work a bit harder (or faster) to inhale more mountain air to get the same rich level of oxygen you could effortlessly inhale at sea-level. Of course, other local factors at ocean's edge could reduce the oxygen available in ocean air to that of mountain air...like sitting in a coastline interstate rush hour traffic jam, since breathing in all those carbon monoxide molecules from idling cars & trucks surrounding you could block your blood from absorbing the oxygen, no matter how fast and hard you tried to inhale.
You breathe and send oxygen to your blood system, as well as energy.

Clouds can form at various altitudes, depending on the type of cloud. High-level clouds like cirrus clouds can form as high as 20,000 feet above sea level or more. However, lower clouds like stratus clouds typically form closer to the Earth's surface.
Sagebrush is a hardy shrub that is native to arid regions of North America, primarily in the western United States and Canada. It typically grows in dry, rocky soils at elevations ranging from sea level to high mountain areas. Sagebrush is well adapted to survive in harsh conditions and is an important plant in the ecosystem of these arid regions.
well, if there are 24 hours in a day... I'm assuming it would be 1000 times an hour jackass.
You can live on a mountain. Of course, it costs a lot of money to haul the food, materials, and goods required for you to live well on top of the mountain. Depending on the mountain, it may be so high that you would require oxygen to breathe, and so cold that you need lots of heat to keep comfortable. But it's do-able, if you're willing to spend the money.

That would depend where you are. The weight of air above you is greater at sea level than up a mountain, but if you were in a plane it might well be less than up a mountain.

There are two types of AM transmitters, High-level and low-level. Low-level transmitters don't have to go through quite as many amplifiers as high-level AM transmitters, as well as consuming less power than the high-level counterparts, but aren't as efficient.

The tallest mountain in the world is Mauna Kea in Hawaii. It stands at 19,796 feet above sea level but add in the bit you can't see and it is over 33,000 feet which is significantly taller than mount Everest! well mountains are normaly measured from sea level so in that case Mount Everest wins at (29,028 feet; 8,848 meters)
