Fluorescent tube are graded in 1/8 ths of an inch. When you speak of a T8 what this means is that the tube diameter is 8/8 ths or 1 inch. A T12 is 12/8 ths or 1 and 1/4 inches. What you have to find out is what type of ballast is in the fixture. T12's are associated with transformer type ballasts, like wise T8's are associated with electronic ballasts. The T8's have a different pin configuration wiring than that of the T12 tube. The T12 will not work in sockets wired for electronic ballasts.
The planet with a diameter larger than Mars but smaller than Neptune is Uranus. Uranus has a diameter of approximately 50,724 kilometers, making it larger than Mars (6,779 kilometers) but smaller than Neptune (49,244 kilometers).
Mercury's diameter is 0.3825 times that of Earth's
Venus is slightly smaller than Earth in terms of both mass and diameter.
Venus' radius (and diameter) is about 95% the size of the Earth's. But because theylook so alike in shape and structure for many decades people believed that Venus'senvironment was like Earth's.
When a steadily flowing gas flows from a larger diameter pipe to a smaller diameter pipe the speed of gas is decreased and pressure become increased and the spacing between the streamlines less and the streamlines come very close to each other.
smaller
yes

When steadily flowing water transitions from a larger diameter pipe to a smaller diameter pipe, its velocity increases due to the principle of continuity, which states that the flow rate must remain constant. According to Bernoulli's principle, as the velocity of the fluid increases, its pressure decreases. Therefore, the pressure in the smaller diameter pipe is lower than in the larger one.
-- Every circle has a diameter of some size. -- All of the diameters that you can draw in the same circle are the same size. -- The smaller the circle is, the smaller its diameter is. There's no minimum size. -- The larger the circle is, the larger its diameter is. There's no maximum size.

Mercury is smaller in diameter, but not in mass. If you include dwarf planets, than it is also larger in diameter than Eris and Pluto, however once again it is smaller in mass.
No its bigger. The smaller the gauge the thicker it is

candles burn as much wax as the wick can bring to the flame. It is typically a constant amount of wax being burned. Smaller diameter candles have less wax and therefor run out of wax to burn sooner.

Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system and its diameter is 142,984 kilometres compared to Earth's which is 12,756 kilometres.
