9 (for the time you would actually would be going to bed if you hadn't changed the clocks)

8 (for the time you go to bed no matter what)

Subtract 9-8=1 or 9-1=8

so you would lose an hour of sleep.

But, say you wake up at 7:00 in the morning

You would actually be waking up at 8:00 a.m.

So, 8+1=9. NINE! You have an equivalent number of time. 9=9.
