Science has nothing to do with believe, no more than the letter "o" does.
You could make a weak arguement that the observations which underpin science are somehow influenced by or constitute belief but such would be a mistake, as much as it would be a mistake to say the letter "o" is integral to observations on the basis that "o" is part of observation- again a mistake as "observation" is just a noun that represents an idea, and in this case, an action that are themselves not defined at all by the noun we use.
If we settle the epistimological debate about whether or not our observations are or are not products of "belief," and I will wave my hands here and say, we have, then SCIENCE IS FUNDAMENTALLY ABOUT OBSERVATIONS.
You can tack on all sorts of qualifying elements like, "Science is about formulating testable hypotheses, gather data through observation, evaluating said hypotheses, and from there creating theories and then laws."
The core matter remains, science is really an unglamorous exercise in data collection and from that, data analysis (Wikipedia calls it an enterprise but I like exercise).
Thus in answer to your question,
Science "believes" nothing about the universe, science only provides a framework in which people may create hypothesis, test those hypothesis, and then from the outcomes of the hypothesis, form theories and laws (as I said before).

The Universe didn't even exist for such a long time; the age of the Universe is estimated at about 14 billion years.500 billion years ago, planet Earth didn't exist. Universe is not a number. it is simply everything that was ever created.
There is no evidence that Parallel Universe exists, but doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. Accord of the law of Physics, yes Parallel Universe can exist. However if Parallel universe does exist, it will benefit to because when our universe come to an end, the only way to survive is to escape our universe to parallel universe.
no. vibrainium is from the marvel universe. it does not exist. neither does uru
So far, no living beings - animals, plants, or whatever - have been confirmed to exist in other parts of the Universe. They may very well exist; we just haven't been able to research a sufficiently large part of the Universe from nearby.
Because it encapsulates the beauty of the universe that we live in, while allowing us to explore universes that can only exist in our imagination.
It gives you more Imagination
Yes, we exist in this universe.
No, fairies do not exist, except in the imagination.
Religion has very many definitions. A religion can incorporate a supreme being, but people would argue it is not part of their imagination. Religions revolving about nature and the superiority of science and the Universe exist as well. Religion can be defined as what you do and your spirituality. What you beleive.
no body knows
No, they only exist in our imagination.
They only exist in our imagination.
They only exist in our imagination.
Only in imagination.
They exist in the imagination of writers and story tellers for many generations.
In a person's imagination, anything may exist.
