Yes, twist and lock bulbs can be used to replace fluorescent bulbs. Make sure to check that the base type and size of the twist and lock bulb are compatible with the fixture. Additionally, ensure the wattage and light output are suitable for the specific application.
It depends. If you have a compact fluorescent bulb, it is about the same difficulty level as installing an incandescent bulb. If however you are installing a 4 foot long fluorescent tube, it may be considered a bit more difficult because there are 2 pins on each end of the tube that have to line up on each end of the light fixture, thus it would require a bit more effort and coordination. Once you line the end pins up, you push the tube into the slot until it is fully seated, then you give it a quarter turn to lock it in place.
Its a very simple. Open the hood- reach in behind the headlight and take out the old bulb. You will have to give the big plastic holder about an eighth of a turn and it will pull right out. Then simply unplug the bulb. It pulls straight out. There is a little tab on it to hold it in place- so you will have to lift it up to pull the old bulb out. When installing the new halogen bulb- do NOT touch the glass of it. The oil in your skin of your hands will stay on the glass and it will burn it out almost immediatly!! Grip it only by the plastic base. Then simply put it back in the headlight- give it a turn to lock it in place and you are good to go.

Next, thread the wire through the hole in the adjacent bolt head and wrap it around that bolt head as well. Finally, twist the ends of the wire together tightly to prevent the bolts from loosening.
