Equatorial Guinea also had health care. despite all that, the people of Equatorial Guinea were adamant on wanting to be their own country. In 1968, Spain withdrew and Equatorial Guinea became its own country. They proceeded to set up a General Assembly and a Supreme court. They also wrote a new constitution.
