In 1988 the Soviet Union was testing a underground earthquake device. Many first hand witnesses have told me they heard a loud noise just before the ground moved killing 50,000 people. The soviet union was extremely slow to respond to the disaster as it was not planned and the result the military tried to cover up the weapons test that went array. Does anyone want to confirm this infomration for the readers of the this site..?
