There is a small screw located on the corner of each headlight. When you open the hood of your car you will see them. Just take a screwdriver and adjust them to where you need them. I have found that parking on the side of the road in front of my house after dark is the best way to adjust them. You can see exactly how far out your beam goes and adjust it accordingly.
