Pressure altitude can be determined by dialing your kollsman window to 29.92" or 1013mb the altitude displayed will be pressure altitude. Or if you want to use a mathematical equation to calculate pressure it is: 29.92-current baro.=x then take x*1000+Current field elevation=pressure altitude.
Example: Current baro is 30.08 field elevation is 845'.
29.92-30.08= -.16 now take -.16*1000+845=685 is your pressure altitude.
If you just need to get the current relative air pressure, for example to set the air pressure on your weather station, here´s my suggestion: go to the internet and search for "online metar data" services. You must then provide the airport name or ICAO code for your nearest airfield. You´ll get real-time data provided for aircraft navigation - highly reliable info, btw - including time (GMT), temp, dewpoint, visibility, and altimeter setting (aka QNH). Just check the unit being used. Note it is more accurate than the previously described method.
ambient pressure increases by 1 atm for every 10 meter of water depth.
sea level has pressure = 1 atm
so at depth of 10m >>> ambient pressure = 2atm
so at depth of 20m >>> ambient pressure = 3atm
so at depth of 30m >>> ambient pressure = 4atm
Presure = Force/Area
Pressure is calculated by dividing the total force by total area.
Height * density of substance * gravity
note: gravity on earth is always =10
An ambient pressure is a pressure on the surrounding medium on an object, such as a gas or liquid, which comes into contact with the object.
Air has a pressure, but not a suction pressure. Air pressure is measured with a barometer, you do not calculate it. Suction pressure is a concept which applies to a pump. Suction pressure = static pressure + surface pressure - vapour pressure - friction pressure.
PP= SP - DS Pulse Pressure is equal to Systolic Blood Pressure minus Diastolic Blood Pressure.

You do nothing. The reading from the barometer is absolute pressure.
The osmotic pressure is 24,44 at.
It depends on the pressure you wish to achieve.

You can calculate pressure based on Piezometers but without a measurement I don't know that it is possible. I would say you can calculate the pressure force by P=Z(bar)*gama(water)*Area(of the channel).
