2.3 L engine. Need a timing lite, and the peep hole is on the bell housing. Just open the tab and you will see the timing marks as you turn the engine over by hand. Highlite timing mark with a white pencil, attach timing lite to battery and # 1 cyl. and then start it up. Skack the dist. nut for adjustments. Turn the dist. to adjust.
