Have u had a go at derestricting the restricter in the crank case ? All you do is take off the crank case and there should be a flywheel on the left u undo that flywheel and there should be a washer or spacer take that out and refit your flywheel and crank case making sure everything is tight :)
Its probably your carb. Check that, and if you know how to, clean it. There is a little hole on the bottom. Plug about half of that. I made the mistake of plugging all of it, and now my chopper wont run. I would suggest using duct tape. If none of that works, go buy a new one. That or if you don't like the hassle. well the way i done it was buying a Leo vince exhaust that came with new rollers and springs and i got 55 out of it. if you wanted more out of it you would have to do a new bigger carb and an 70cc big bore kit and a sports filter

No. Removing a restricter on a scooter's carb will make it faster but decrease mpg. If you are talking about a restrictor on the exhaust, then most likely you will increase mpg, but boy is it LOUD.
my 50cc moped can get up some pretty big hills, unless the carb needs cleaned or i need a new belt
by itself, not much, not enough to notice, if you go with a performance carb and air filter as well as the exhaust you will see a lot of difference.
because its a four sroke its not realy restricted you just need to put a bigger jet in, if possible get a better exhaut but theres a restricter in the top of the carb take it to a garage to do it as that is all i know, i cant suggest any more morris147
Screw both needles all the way in. Small one, screw out 2 1/2 turns. Needle with spring, screw out 3 turns.
the best way to derestrict a speedfight 3 is to remove the back plate off the variator which has three screws in it it act as a spacer and doesnt allow the wheels to spin very fast! there is also a washer this is the washer that the drive belt sits on at the front remove that! then to derestrict the egxaust either cut off the short pipe that comes out the egxaust and welt over where it was or fit a leo vince zx egxuast and get that deresticted before u by it, but if you do that you will have to increase the size off the main jet in the carb to a to a 62mm. also if you order the egxaust from ped parts it comes with upgraded rollers and clutch sring, forget about the springs but fit the rollers, then after all that it should go at least 50mph on the flat.
